What we offer

Implant treatments at the clinic

Which option suits you is decided at your consultation, after a detailed clinical assessment.

  • 01

    Single tooth implants

Replaces one missing tooth without reshaping the teeth on either side.

  • 02

    Multiple teeth implants

Several missing teeth replaced with implant-supported crowns or a bridge.

  • 03

    Full mouth implants

A complete arch of fixed teeth supported by implants.

  • 04

    Same-day teeth options

For suitable cases, temporary teeth can be fitted on the day the implants are placed.

  • 05

    Bone grafting

Rebuilds bone where it is too thin to hold an implant securely.

  • 06

    Sinus lift procedures

Adds bone in the upper back jaw, below the sinus, to make room for an implant.

Who this is for

Could an implant be right for you?

Implants may be an option if any of these sound familiar. A consultation confirms it.

  • You’re missing one or more teeth

A single gap, several teeth, or a whole arch.

  • You wear a full denture and want something permanent

Fixed teeth, or a denture anchored to implants for stability.

  • You’ve been told there isn’t enough bone

Bone grafting or a sinus lift can build support before implant placement.

Your gum health, bone and general health are all checked before any implant is recommended.

The process

From gap to tooth, step by step

Scroll through the five stages — the diagram builds as you go.

  1. 1

    Consultation & assessment

A detailed clinical assessment of the gap, your gums, the surrounding bone and your general health, with any X-rays your consultant needs.

  2. 2

    Treatment planning

Your consultant explains the options — including whether bone grafting or a sinus lift is needed — and agrees the plan and timeline with you.

  3. 3

    Implant placement

The implant is placed in the jawbone under local anaesthesia. For suitable cases, temporary teeth can be fitted the same day.

  4. 4

    Healing

Over the healing period the bone bonds with the implant. Your consultant will tell you how long to allow for your case.

  5. 5

    Final restoration

The abutment and final crown, bridge or denture are fitted, checked for bite and comfort, and reviewed at follow-up visits.

Visiting Goa? Plan around your dates.

Implant treatment usually needs more than one visit, because the implant has to heal into the bone before the final teeth are fitted. If you’re in Goa for a short stay, we can assess you and plan your treatment around your travel — send us your dates before you arrive.

It depends on your case. After an implant is placed, it needs a healing period to bond with the bone before the final tooth is fitted, so treatment is usually spread over more than one visit. Bone grafting or a sinus lift can add time. Your consultant will give you a timeline after your assessment.

No. Bone grafting is only needed when there isn’t enough bone to hold an implant securely. Whether you need it is decided at your clinical assessment.

You can start treatment during your visit. We can assess you and plan around your travel dates. Because implants need time to heal into the bone, most cases need a return visit for the final teeth. Message us your dates and we’ll tell you what is realistic for your case.

The area is numbed with local anaesthesia during the procedure. Some soreness or swelling for a few days afterwards is common, and your consultant will explain how to manage it and what aftercare to follow.

A consultation and clinical assessment will tell you. Your consultant looks at your gums, bone and general health, then explains your options, including alternatives if implants aren’t the right fit.
